Transport

        The Institute arranges transport for its students across its every possible area. The cost is subsidized by the Institute but nominal charges are paid by the students. Use of the Institute transport facility is subject to the following conditions:

• Students must be enrolled on a full time course.
• It is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to ensure that students are at the designated pick-up points on the transport network by the time agreed.
• Passes are only valid on journeys arriving at the start of the Institute day and for journeys departing from the Institute at the end of the day.

Hostel Facility

        In Campus hostel facility has been provided to 334 boys. The hostel is spread over an area of 8000 sqm. built-up area having 110 room; a common room equipped with T.V. and other electronic gadgets; a modern Gymnasium supervised by trained instructor; facilities for indoor games like TT, Carom, Chess etc. The campus hostel is surrounded by lush green lawns and play fields. Library and computer facilities are provided in the college campus till late hours to facilitate hostel students and student staying nearby. Hygienic and quality food prepared by professionally qualified cooks is provided to the students in the hostel canteen. The hostel is provided by a power-backup.

        A separate girls hostel accommodating 264 girl students is very close to the college campus. A resident manager looks after the administration of girls hostel, which has its common room, canteen, indoor games facilities, TV etc. The Girl’s Hostel is provided by a power-backup. Free college transport is provided to girls in the hostel.

Health Care

• A medical facility available with qualified nurse and regular qualified Doctors (Male/Female) for consultation.
• Tie-up with nearby premier nursing homes at subsidized charges for medical care.
• In-house transport services for medical emergencies.
• Blood Bank and Health Care Camps periodically organized.

Book Store

        At Galgotias we ensure that every student need is taken care of. Although, the campus is well equipped with all other major facilities we have taken upon us to provide them with stationary provisions as well. Galgotias offers an online bookstore advantage wherein the student can look for books online. This bookstore is well furnished with latest editions of course books and reference books that a student can browse while in the comforts of his college. Besides course books, the bookstore has been upgraded with novels and other insipirational reading material too. These books are meant for all students who like reading excessively.

• Along with Gymnasium and Athletic Centre, adequate facilities for indoor and outdoor games such as basketball, badminton, football, tennis, cricket, volleyball, table-tennis etc.
• Enough support and encouragement is provided to students for district, state and national level competitions in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Student life on the campus is enriched by a series of co-curricular activities such as debates, group discussions, music programs, quizzing, management games, technovative games, dance programs, personality development workshops, talent shows and hostel nites.
• The institution has started the chapter of SPIC MACAY, Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth. It aims at inculcating amongst the youth the traditional values of Indian Heritage and Culture. World-renowned artist come to the Campus and interact with the students through their art. In the past the institution had Lecture Demonstration (LECDem) from Folk-lore Artist Wadali Bhandhu and Mysore Brothers (Karnatak Violin).
